Leon woke up one morning and just said to himself that he had had enough with this curse. He was in a constant prison where he could not talk to another Girl without feeling great pain and wanted to kill whenever provoked, and it was all because of Vincent and Death. His begging of Riona's life cost him a terrible curse to be thrust upon him. Death said that he could not talk to another Women or even Look at one without pain going through his mind. So today he was going to end it all, he was going to die. Not by Fate but by force, he told himself that he would commit suicide.
Leon started at a walk toward the Astrology tower but then as studens started flowing the halls he began to run pushing anyone in his away to the side. As he got closer to the towers he then took to the stairs, sprinting with great speed until, finally he had reached the top.
As he got throug the door he walked toward the window, looked down and said "This is it". Leon then climbed onto the actual window edge and readied to jump, although he was a vampire Death would see this as an advantage and either make him live with more pain or claim him. Leon looked down.
The green of the grass waving freely in the air about to be disturbed by his flushed furiously. As he slowly walked forward he saw Death in his thoughts holding out his hand and so Leon Stopped and stood for a while, until he heard the Astrology tower door open with a BANG!!!

C.C wasn't exactly having a good day. Nor was it entirely dull. Just mundane. Firstly, she didn't go to work, which she knew Elias would complain about, considering she was the only person that did anything useful, or, so she thought. Secondly, her dark green hair, didn't want to 'sit' right. It wanted to be wavy today, C.C had never experienced this, and it made her a tad cranky. She hardly, if ever knew how to be cranky. It confused her.
And now, now, she couldn't even close the door without it deciding to declare her entrance with a huge, 'BANG'. Yeah, today wasn't going well for her. Although, as she peered up, golden-hazel eyes capturing the boy standing on the edge of the tower. C.C knew she wasn't the only one having a bad day.
"Jumping would be easy." C.C spoke, quietly, as if contemplating such a fate. Then she shook her head slowly. Eyebrows narrowing slightly.
"Are you weak or something?" She asked, walking toward the boy. As if she was going to push him. She wouldn't. C.C wasn't one for endangering another life. Unless it was required of her.
Raising one of her eyebrows, C.C let her lip's form into a smile. Sweeping some of her hair away from her eyes.
"Idiot." Left her mouth as she leaned against a pillar. Not thinking much of the boy beside her. If he was going to jump, who was she to stop him?

Leon had noticed the girl and still full with a sort of confusing thing inside he was still going to jump and no one could stop him.
Leon quickly turned to catch the word Idiot coming out of her mouth but surely this girl was trying to trick him into not jumping, but she was making a mistake.
He pulled out his sword and readied to walk forward but then decided to stab it into the window edge and turned to face the door as he said "Goodbye C.C". He then slowly made himself collapse backwards.

C.C blinked. Then, she was moving, her pace was quick. She had left her resolve to remain uncaring behind. She did not want to see a fellow student commit to their own death. Even if, in some kind of twisted way, she wanted to just let him fall.
That plan was already over, when she felt her finger's curl around one of his wrist's. Stopping him from falling off the tower's edge.
"Don't, ... Don't be selfish." C.C swiftly made the words leave her mouth. Not bothering to let him go. She wouldn't.
"They'll all be affected by your 'death'. Not just the one's who know you, but those younger kids, who go to this academy." C.C didn't look away from him. Anger was evident in her eyes.
"Whatever you're feeling, it will pass." She was trying to convince him. Her words were all truth, spoken with conviction, C.C didn't think should of been wasted on him. But, she wasn't about to become someone who'd let another choose death, when there were other choices.

Leon Felt a hand grab his wrist and heard the girl speak with such truth about him being selfish.
"Whatever you're feeling, it will pass." Whe Leon heard this he swiftly responded. "This will not pass and it never will" He said with sadness in his voice. "I know it doesn't make much sense to you but its the only way i'll be free and i'll be able to see her again!" He said whilst trying to force himself back but this girl wasn't going to let go. Whenever he got closer to the ledge he saw Death and whenever he came closer inside he saw C.C, this made him question himself. "Freedom or Captivity" He muttered as he closed his eyes and gripped his sword with his other hand.

The sadness in his words, stuck C.C. She'd never felt that hopeless, that death was a welcomed embrace. She was sure she never would. His next words made her understand a little of his situation.
This was because of a girl. How typical, C.C thought. Although, she hesitated slightly, holding his wrist just that little bit tighter. Feeling the way he wanted to get loose.
"Would she want you to just give up?" C.C asked, an eyebrow raised in question. Using the only information she knew, to somehow get him to stop. Her eyes strayed toward the sword, his hand was gripped around. Wondering if he was going to use it on her, if she wasn't going to let him go. Which, she wasn't.
"No one is ever free." C.C muttered, stepping back, hoping to get him to move toward her as she did so.

"Would she want you to just give up?" "No one is ever free."
Leon stopped for a bit and then looked at his hand on the sword and let go of it. He then looked up at the expression on C.C's face when she asked the question. "No, she wouldn't but you don't understand" He said with tears in his eyes as he felt his heart with the free hand. He was about to share this secret with C.C and he knew that he would have to pay some sort of price. "Okay C.C, you see one night my partner Riona went for a midnight stroll and she hadn't come back yet, so naturally i was worried about her so i looked for her and before i found her i found my brother with blood on his hands." Leon Stopped and tried to say more but there was some kind of force inside stopping him, and instead of just silencing him he felt like his body was being ripped apart. He fell to the ground yelling in agony.

C.C eye's followed his line of vision, to his hand, then to his sword. Until she was looking straight at him. Watching, as slowly, tears filled his eyes. Breathing in, needlessly, C.C let his hand go. Already knowing, just by how emotional he was getting, that she would find out why he'd think death was better. Bracing herself, C.C listened.
It wasn't long before he abruptly stopped. Causing C.C to become alert. Then as he fell to the ground, C.C was beside him. Examining the area around them, yet knowing there to be no one else around. C.C wondered why it was that he was suddenly on the ground. It was odd.
Not knowing what to say, or do, C.C just placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"What's happening? Are you okay?" she questioned, for the lack of anything to say. Concern marring her otherwise flawless face.

Leon felt the pain and then felt the inside of him squeezing. "He knows" he replied to c.c." He knows I'm trying to free myself from this curse!" He knew it sounded odd but it was the truth. Leon had stopped feeling agony and tears started to run down his face. Why was this happening to him why does it feel like Riona is there with him? Was he dying or was he alive?

C.C took a swift look around her. Wonder crossed her features. There was no one there.. Yet, just because she couldn't necessarily see something, didn't mean there was nothing there. She didn't understand what was going on. Just that he was in trouble.
"What curse..?" It was all she thought to ask. She didn't know how to help him, without knowing more. If she even could help.

"What curse..?" "I can't get close to anyone, thats the curse death has brought upon me!" He said whilst tears ran down his face, and as his insides slowly sank into a sort of darkness that wasn't even there.
"Do you know what its like to not be able to get over your lost love?" He said looking at C.C, his tears now falling to the floor.

So sorry about the late reply Leon. I'm terrible at keeping up to date with things. Sorry! C.C wanted to slap him, she's even taken a step forward to do so, but she had stopped herself. She couldn't bring herself too, he was just so broken up. His eyes told her more than he could in words.
"I don't see how moping around, and trying to bring about your own death will fix that." C.C said, trying to get him to understand.
"It's a whole lot of nothing, after you die. You'll let death, or whoever did this to you win. Do you want that?" She asked, wondering if he still had any fight in him left. If he did, then maybe he could defeat the curse that held him. C.C really didn't have a clue. Why would someone curse him for? He didn't look like the type to cause that much trouble. Even if what he was saying about 'Death' was true. How could 'Death' curse anyone? It didn't make much sense to her.
