Di opened the pub doors and scrounged up his nose in the process. The stench of vomit and alcohol was too strong that it made his eyes water for a moment. He stuck his hands inside his jacket pocket and walked over to the bar, looking form side to side.

C.C had to irritatingly take the day shift. In the bar she would normally only go in if she were too lazy to travel to the rough patch. Now she had to work here, the bar could go up in flames and C.C wouldn't save it. She didn't care for it like she did Enriched. At least that place had a cage where she could happily watch people beat the other up. And at least Enriched smelled like it got cleaned every now and again. She could almost suspect that she was only here, because she actually did do the cleaning bit of the job.
Walking out from the back of the bar, C.C immediately went to serving customers. Not that there were many in the day time. Her warm, honey coloured eyes falling upon a shady looking character. One that kinda reminded her of Elias. Smiling pleasantly, C.C placed a *clean* glass onto the bench.
"Would you like something?" C.C asked, her voice melodically sweet. Much to welcoming for such a place as this. Funny, to think she was the strange one, when everyone else acted so dark. She never did learn how to tone it down, the weird air of bubbly-ness around her. It made it all the more fun. The reactions this got from people. Wondering what made her so god-damn happy.

Di smiled at the unusual girl. She seemed to out of place in a bar like this. Someone who looks totally innocent and sweet like her looks like a white rose in a mud pit. He nodded towards her, not having the heart to hit on her. She looked so young. Considering the he was young himself, that did not account for his jadedness.
"Yeah, vodka on the rocks, sweets.", he said, not really minding the pet name. It was a nasty habit of his but he meant no harm. He kept his smile but slowly changed it into a smile of amazement. "This is quite some place, huh?", he quirked sarcastically.

"No problem." C.C immediately turned, pouring him his drink. Making sure none of it ended up on the ground, she had recently cleaned. It wasn't exactly hard work, for a vampire such as herself, nothing was really hard to do. All it took was some modivation, that the other workers didn't have. C.C made a face, hearing the guy's sarcastic comment. Before turning, and placing his drink down in front of him. Eying him critically. The scent of him washing over the usual stench of vomit and alcohol.
"It's not so bad." C.C said, defending the bar, if only lightly. "It has a special feel to it." C.C smiled, as she glanced over at a bunch of flowers on the bench. It stood out amongst the muck, that was the bar. C.C had added it, feeling slightly less annoyed at all the darkness with it there. The reactions she had gotten so far, weren't overly amused. But C.C was trying to make it appear more friendly. She didn't particularly care to much on how.

He sniffed as he sipped on his drink. Yeah, the girl was right. It was special...especially smelly. Still, he could see the potential. If things were just a tad bit cleaner and the drunk weren't...well, drunk. It would rival a very popular bar chain.
He looked back at the girl. She wasn't exceptionally hot but she had some sort of allure that would catch your attention...well, at least, men's attention. He shook his head. "Don't mess with people you know nothing about.", he thought, recalling what happened to the girl in the hotel. It was a disaster. He recalled why he went here in the first place. Best to keep his eyes on the ball.
"So I got a dilemma here, sweets.", he said, taking another swing from his glass. "I fight and I ain't got anybody to fight, nowhere to fight and no one to pay me to fight."
He drank the rest of the vodka straight up and slammed the glass on the bar, like a declaration that he was done with the drink. He remembered the whispers of the people lingering outside the bar when they looked at him. "He's in good shape.", "He can beat one of them burly ones easy." "Nah, he's tiny. I'll give him a minute in the ring, at most." The rumor were probably true. There was a fighting arena here somewhere in the island...He just needed to talk to the people.
"I hear you know something that might....well, that might help me out.", he said, staring at the girl through his lashes with a smirk. "What say you, pretty?"

C.C winced as he slammed down his glass, striking him with a look of contemplation. He had interested her. His declaration of being a fighter seemed to make more than a few heads turn in, wondering where the conversation was going to go. If this fellow really was a fighter, and judging by the look he had about him, was. C.C wondered if he had any sort of power. For his built suggested he may not be an exceptional fighter. Although, she had seen many fighters. Some even smaller than her. His question had left C.C smiling.
She could easily give him the password and be done with it. But she just didn't feel like sending this one head first into something he may not survive. Besides, she had to be more careful now, Elias may not have cared that much the last time she had employed someone, but if she made it habit. Then she was sure he would.
"What makes you think," C.C said, leaning slightly towards him, "I would want to help you?" C.C asked, folding her arms. With a smirk. Knowing that Elias would be here soon. Hopefully make the decision for her.

Elias stepped into the bar and paused for a moment as the door swung closed behind him, letting his eyes adjust to the dingy room. He blinked a few times then nodded in the direction of the patrons who had greeted him when he entered. His head was unusually clear for this time of day.
'Hey C.C' He greeted her as he approached the bar. 'Easy crowd?' He smiled. He couldn't help but smile around her. He looked up as a regular gave him a wink from the other side of the room. Elias frowned in his direction.
He looked over the kid standing at the bar, dismissed his presence and turned back to C.C
