A man in his late 20s, although could be easily passable for a youthful man, in his early 20s was seated quite comfortable. Despite the slight disgust hovering over his gruff face, every now and again.
The man, Lucian, although irritated by the grime that seemed to sliver into his lungs, was patient. His dark eyes stalked every movement, awaiting for Elias to finish. A once filled wine glass, held lightly in his left hand, was empty now. Still, he held it, for something to occupy his mind, while the insects of the bar stumbled around drunk.
Although, he was happy to note, there wasn't a student intending to get a little tipsy tonight.

Turning away from a rather intoxicated and foul-mouthed patron, Elias locked his eyes on Lucian. If it was not for the other mans presence, Elias probably would have decked the patron and thrown him through the door. The fact that the Headmaster of the Academy was sitting at his bar ecouraged him to be a little more level-headed, a little more civil. It hadn't stopped him, however, from throwing a few choice words at the drunk.
"Lucian" Elias greeted the man simply. "I take it that there is something important for you to be in my bar." His words were nothing but polite. Elias had no issue with the man who probably held the most power on all of Obscurum Sceptrum. Well, that was if you ignored the Forest Mages. They were something else, that lot.

Tiredly turning his head, Lucian bowed it a little in a rare sign of respect toward Elias, as he acknowledged him.
"A request of sorts," Lucian replied, "I was recommend to talk to you about holding an event, to perhaps, make the students of the school take their minds off the recent... mishap." Lucian informed.
"I would also like to hold this event in this bar." As he said this, Lucian put out down his wine glass, his fingers brushing the glass like a caress. Unlike him, but he knew how his 'abilities' upset the patrons around town. He was attempting to be nice. That meant not using his power to do the simple tasks he would normally do.

Elias regarded Lucian with genuine intrigue. "What sort of event?" Elias asked curiously, his eyebrows raised so high that they were hidden beneath his mop of dirty-blonde hair.
Elias couldn't fathom why Lucian would want to hold any sort of event here. His bar didn't have the best of reputations, and it was certainly a place where he assumed Lucian would want his students to steer clear of. Well, at least it would bring him plenty of business, even though he wasn't sure what type of business that would be yet. He regarded Lucian with wary suspicion. "With the students" He said more to himself than to the headmaster. Then, looking at Lucian, "Most of your students are underage." It was a blunt statement, hinting at Elias' confusion.

"A party."
It was said with the least of amount of disgust as Lucian could manage, without making it sound as if this wasn't his idea. But everyone would know, once they heard that it wouldn't of been his idea. He was a headmaster, possibly the most greatest the island had ever had after the rein of the first vampire headmaster. Coming here to request a party wasn't him. Although, he was advised it would make things less intense. That, it would tell the students, there was nothing to fear. Aside from the usual happenings around the island, that the few deaths were just that, and nothing was going to get them.
Lucian was doubtful, something, someone, was planning something, he was sure. He wasn't stupid like most in this bar currently were. This party, if there even would be one, would also provide a place he could draw out whoever was responsible for so many of his friend's deaths. Making a distasteful face, Lucian made his glass begin to float, forgetting for a moment, why he was even here, when so many things were going on around him.
"Non-alcoholic drinks Elia's. Punch?" Lucian input, his eyes growing dark, as his thoughts grew heavy. "The students need this. The staff too, these murders, they have taken the spark out of most of them."
"I am worried for them." He didn't know why he added his own thoughts in, he would very much never liked to have told them to anyone, especially not in a bar, which just made it all the more worse for Lucian.

A party? In his dingy, scummy pub? Lucian's mind must have certainly dropped a connection somewhere. "Why here?" Elias hurried to add, "Not that i'm ungrateful for the business."
Elias stepped back from Lucian automatically, wearing an expression of distaste. He eyed the floating glass wearily. He knew already that the Headmaster was a magus, and he dealt with that out of courtesy. It didn't make him like the blatant display of his abilities any more though. He took a deep breath and forced himself to look away from the defiance of gravity.
"Non-alcoholic drinks or not, there are general rules about children in bars..." his voice trailed off, knowing that it wouldn't matter with Lucian in charge of the event.
"I'm not surprised" Elias mumbled. The murders hadn't exactly comforted him either. He realised that he hadn't yet accepted Lucian's offer. Despite how baffled he was by the request, he still wouldn't deny it. "You can have the party here".

Lucian thought Elia's had lost his tongue somewhere, for the lack of speech but once he spoke again he knew it was from confusion. Lucian couldn't blame him, this was an odd request. At this he also stopped his mind from manipulating gravity. He needed to concentrate.
"This place will be able to provide the students with a sense of freedom. They will be able to have fun here." Lucian explained, "Just make sure your regular customers aren't here and the students should be fine." As he said this he looked over at a few men, dirty and blind drunk.
Breathing out, Lucian nodded, a twitch on the side of his lip suggesting at a smirk yet it didn't dominate.
"I appreciate this Elias." And he was thankful, he didn't know if he could of counted on him at first, but after C.C spoke highly of him during meetings, he had to try. After all, he use to love pubs that resembled Elia's once upon a time. How things change, at this thought, Lucian stood.

Elias nodded, only partially understanding. He wouldn't mind kicking his usual patrons out too much, most of them were pathetic, too cowardly for the underground and too filthy for the town.
"Thankyou." Elias said, a ghost of a smile on his face. He outstretched his hand to Lucian. "I guess I will see you next at the party".
