Silence in the library... that was often the case it had to be said. pure bliss for any soul wanting to curl up with a good book or research into the inner most workings of the sanctum.
Well...It would usually be silent.
"Ayah! No! Bad!" Came the yelps of a young female voice, followed by a clatter of books falling from shelves.
"No No No No it WILL fit on that shelf...Ayah..." The voice grew less muffled as the girl emerged, long red locks trailing behind her on the floor, adjusting her glasses as she looked around.
"...Can...Anyone help me...?" She called hopelessly, looking around at a mostly empty library. She'd got the job only a few days ago,as a new librarian, and it was evident that she wasn't quite yet used to it. Sure, she knew the library backwards as a former student, but her stubborn self had just -had- to try fit to one more book on the same shelf and...well,the results weren't entirely wonderful.

Lucian had been casually strolling past the library. His hands lazily tucked into the pockets of the grey suit pants that he wore. Accompanied by his suit top, and long black coat, that flowed elegantly to the ground. He had his normal, stoic-poker face on. It didn't even seem to move, when he hear a call of distress, and entered the library.
It had not been the most organised sight he had ever seen the library in. As his dark red eyes fell onto the red haired woman, known as the librarian. Sure he had been on leave. Due to personal reasons, and had yet to make proper introductions, but this was completely unexpected. A nice, unexpected. He had not seen someone, ever, in his years at O.S use their hair the way, this woman did. It seemed to be alive.
Eying the books laying around, Lucian lifted his arm from his pocket. With this, a book floated in his outstretched hand. A book that held information about weaponry. One he was rather fond of.
"It would seem as if you'll do well with an assistant, Miss Chrome." Lucian drawled, almost lazily. Leaning against a shelf that hadn't yet fallen victim. His eyes making their way back to her. He had knew her name from memory, signing files, and files of paperwork had a sure way of reminding him of who worked for him.

She looked relieved as she heard footsteps, but her eyes widened when she realised who it was.She stayed silent for a few moments as he walked over and picked up the book, only beginning to speak once he had addressed her,but her speech seemed to be as disorganised as the library currently was.
"Oh,no,really...Maybe..But..I..."
She composed herself, not taking the hidden critisism of his comment well-Or perhaps she was just paranoid.
"I just...Need a little more time to get used to it I think,Master Siagath."
As she spoke, her hair had unraveled from the coil on her head, like braided snakes, grasping onto the bound books on the floor and placing them back on the shelves.

Watching her hair, Lucian couldn't quite understand how it could act as if it were it's own being. He wondered if it had a mind of it's own or if Emy controlled it's movement. Lucian also wondered why none of his associates bothered to notify him of this. He didn't like not knowing details. It bothered him more than he would ever show. Although, all that could be seen, was a small twitch of his left eyebrow.
Still leaning against the bookshelf, Lucian tiled his head at Emy. Noting that his comment may as well just came out as an insult to her skills.
"Don't be afraid to ask for help, I would rather a staff that are enjoying themselves, as apposed to one that is stressed." Lucian explained. His lips moving into a slight smile, as he moved away from the bookshelf, and placed the book he had in his hands into it's correct place.
"That being said, I have heard that someone would like a job here. If you would like, they would be able to assist." He input. Knowing applicants from the files he had back in his office. He didn't mind if the library needed more people. Even if it didn't, he still thought Emy might need someone here, for safety reasons. He didn't want for someone to get hurt by a bookshelf having fallen on them.
